Refund policy

This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may return flooring products purchased from Flooritize LLC. By placing an order through our website or with our representatives, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

1. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all materials ordered, including sizes, quantities, styles, and product specifications, are appropriate for their project needs.

  • Flooritize LLC is responsible only for fulfilling the specific product, size, and quantity listed on the official quote or invoice.

  • All product and project specifications must be verified by the customer prior to purchase and prior to product installation.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Upon delivery, the customer (or an authorized representative) must immediately inspect the product and sign the delivery receipt.

  • Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be noted on the Bill of Lading (delivery paperwork) and reported directly to the trucking or delivery company at the time of delivery.

  • Claims submitted without delivery notation or outside the time window will not be honored.

3. Return Window and Eligibility

  • If the customer wishes to initiate a return for any reason other than damage, they must notify Flooritize LLC in writing via email within two (3) business days of delivery.

  • All return requests are subject to review and must be approved by Flooritize LLC and the product manufacturer before processing.

  • Products must meet the following return conditions:

    • Must be in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

    • Must include the entire quantity originally ordered.

    • Must not have been installed, cut, or altered in any way. Installation of any portion of the flooring will constitute acceptance of the material and render the product non-returnable.

4. Restocking & Return Fees

  • All approved returns are have no restocking fee.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any fees associated with returning the product to the designated warehouse.

  • Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned material is received, inspected, and approved by the manufacturer or supplier.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after final approval.

  • Refunds will exclude shipping charges, taxes, and restocking fees unless otherwise mandated by law.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Customers must notify Flooritize LLC within two (2) business days of delivery if there is any damage or defect with their order.

  • The following details must be submitted to support@flooritize.com:

    • Order number

    • Description and nature of the issue (e.g., breakage, defect, short, wrong product)

    • Specific items and quantities affected

    • Photographic evidence of the damage/defect

    • Confirmation that materials have not been cut, installed, or altered

  • If approved, a refund or replacement may be issued at the discretion of the manufacturer. Refunds will exclude taxes and shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

  • Do not discard any damaged products or packaging until the claim process is complete, as they may be required for inspection.

7. Custom and Special Orders

  • All custom or special-order products are final sale. These items cannot be canceled, returned, or refundedonce the order has been placed and processed.

  • No exceptions will be made unless a product arrives damaged or defective and the issue is reported within the allowable window (see Section 6).

8. Contactless Delivery Disclaimer

  • Some deliveries may be contactless and dropped off at the designated location (residence or commercial property) without customer signature.

  • In these cases, it remains the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods immediately and report any issues within the required timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Flooritize LLC assumes no liability for damages, costs, or loss arising from delays in delivery, customer error in ordering, improper installation, or the misuse of products.

  • Installation of any flooring product signifies acceptance of that product in its received condition.
